Role Overview

Drive organizational growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, while ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new clients, partners, or customers.

What You Will Do

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust pipeline, lead discovery conversations, develop and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and own the end-to-end onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, client onboarding, account management, or related roles
  • Proven success in closing new business and managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

  • Salary: $85,000 – $90,000
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • 50% travel
