Role Overview
The Credit Risk Control and CRO Delegates teams within Group Credit Risk are responsible for controlling and monitoring credit processes to ensure high-quality credit and great customer experiences. The role involves performing or leading oversight activities, working closely with the 1st line of defence, and participating in credit risk related activities.
What You Will Do
Perform oversight activities, work with the 1st line of defence, and participate in credit risk related activities such as supporting information requests and creating internal credit guidelines.

Requirements
- A Master’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Fluent professional English
- Strong collaborative skills and written & spoken communication skills
- Good knowledge and experience of relevant regulation and credit processes
- High ethical standards with demonstrated integrity, tact, and diplomacy
