Role Overview

The Associate Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations – Spine will support operational processes that enable commercial execution across the Spine portfolio. This role will partner with Sales, Product Management, Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence, and downstream marketing teams to support funnel governance, demand signal monitoring, business process execution, operational troubleshooting, launch readiness activities, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities include supporting funnel management activities, demand signal monitoring, product information maintenance, operational issue investigation, and launch readiness activities across the Spine portfolio.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a BS/BA degree is required.
  • MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of progressive business experience in Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Healthcare, or related business functions.
  • Healthcare, medical device, orthopedics, spine, or related industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, reporting platforms, or related business systems is preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Ability to establish and maintain credibility as a business partner.
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

  • Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
  • Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
  • Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
  • Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period
  • Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
  • Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
