People Operations Specialist – Temporary

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and people-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our Israel People team as a maternity leave replacement – temporary for 9 months. This is a hands-on and diverse role that combines People Operations and Employee Experience.

What You Will Do

Manage day-to-day People Operations activities, own and coordinate employee lifecycle processes, prepare and manage HR documentation, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, and support ongoing HR processes.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in People Operations / HR Operations and a strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
• Proven hands-on experience in Employee Experience and Welfare, including planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs.
• Experience managing projects and initiatives independently from concept to execution.
• Strong operational and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and processes simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong service-oriented, people-first approach.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, solve problems, and follow through.
• A proactive, creative, resourceful, and hands-on mindset.
• Strong Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with HRIS systems; HiBob experience is a strong advantage.
