Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Director will own nVent’s enterprise lead path to revenue strategy and governance, architect the end-to-end lead lifecycle, and establish global standards for consistency across regions, business units, and platforms.
What You Will Do
The role involves building and scaling a Marketing Operations & Analytics Center of Excellence, developing governance, intake processes, and prioritization frameworks, and leading a high-performing team responsible for campaign operations, lead management, analytics, and performance insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent professional experience
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, demand generation operations, or revenue operations within a matrixed or global enterprise environment
- 5+ years leading teams in marketing operations, analytics, or lead management
- Proven experience designing and governing enterprise lead lifecycles, funnel definitions, routing logic, and conversion optimization
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing analytics, attribution, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement
- Experience partnering with technical teams on MarTech platform improvements, data quality initiatives, and digital transformation
- Fluency with marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo/Eloqua/Pardot, Power BI/Tableau, Google Analytics, ABM platforms, data enrichment platforms)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex operational and analytical concepts into clear, executive-ready insights
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving marketing operations and analytics practices
- B2B experience working within an industrial manufacturer preferred
