Malaysia Finance Controller – Assembly & Test Operations

Responsible for controlling all aspects of operations finance, leading strategic transformation initiatives, and developing a high-performance business analytics team across factories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Management (MBA is a plus)
• Significant professional experience of 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing with senior managerial exposure
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder influencing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and SAP (Product Costing & Analysis)
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and globally complex environment
• Fluent in English; One of regional languages strong plus
• Self-starter who exhibits energy and passion
