  • Professional presentation and communication skills

  • A current driver’s licence (essential)
  • Strong problem‐solving skills and a customer‐first mindset
  • Ability to support the Service Centre Manager with admin and coordination
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise
  • Comfort working in a fast‐paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
