Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for managing the daily execution of the business development strategy, plans, and processes to drive sales, increase revenue on new and existing customers, expand markets and accomplish financial objectives.
What You Will Do
Identify and develop new business, generate sales of new services within new logos, and expand the business within existing accounts. Build and monitor customers’ pipelines and track them timely and consistently within the CRM tool.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- +5 years’ experience in Sales within the Logistics, Pharma, Medical Device or Clinical Supply industries
- Track record in lead generation on a B2B environment, networking, prospecting, persuading and developing rapport leading to successful deal closures
- English and Portuguese fluent business proficiency
- Familiar with CRMs (Customer Relationship Management Systems) such as Salesforce
