Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, organized, and outgoing part-time Marketing Coordinator to help grow our practice. The role centers on three areas: planning and running events, building relationships with local businesses and referral partners, and creating content that shows off our brand across social media, email, and our website.

What You Will Do

Plan and run in-office events, build partnerships with local businesses, and create engaging content for social media and email.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or business development, and strong skills in social media and content creation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or business development
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or hospitality is a plus
  • Strong skills in social media and content creation, including photography, video editing, and tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable networking and representing the brand in person
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage several projects at once
  • Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines is preferred, or a willingness to learn them
