Lead Maintenance Technician (Future Growth)

Role Overview

The Lead Maintenance Technician oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations of the apartment community and achieving property maintenance goals.

What You Will Do

Ensure that apartments, common areas, and grounds are properly maintained, manage turn-key operations, and schedule and lead repair/renovation work.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in an residential/commercial/apartment Maintenance and/or apartment Maintenance Supervisor role
• EPA/HVAC certified
• On-call
