Data Analyst / Computational Linguist

Role Overview

This role sits between data analytics and computational linguistics, helping to improve Omilia’s Drive-Thru Voice AI by tracking system performance, performing analyses, and turning insights into fixes and enhancements.

What You Will Do

Write SQL queries, build reports and dashboards, track KPIs, run analyses, and identify optimization opportunities. Review real drive-thru dialogs, spot error patterns, and propose actionable improvements for accuracy and user experience. Implement and thoroughly test the semantic models and the conversation flow.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. They will also have at least 1 year of experience in data analysis or NLP, experience with SQL and visualization tools, and excellent communication skills.

• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or NLP.
• Experience with SQL and visualization tools for data querying, visualization, and dashboard creation.
• Experience working with complex datasets to perform data analysis, extract actionable insights, and drive business decision-making.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills; able to present findings clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Accountable within demanding deadlines.
