Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and execute partner marketing plans that support Ooma’s go-to-market strategy, working closely with channel sales, strategic partners, distributors, technology alliances, and agents to build integrated go-to-market programs.

What You Will Do

You’ll focus on growing partner-sourced pipeline, increasing partner engagement, and improving visibility into marketing’s contribution to revenue. You’ll build annual and quarterly partner marketing plans, develop messaging and value propositions, create integrated demand generation campaigns, and equip partners with practical sales resources.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of B2B marketing experience, including 5 years in partner, channel, alliance, or field marketing. You’ll need to have demonstrated success generating partner-sourced pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience
• 5 years in partner, channel, alliance, or field marketing
• Demonstrated success generating partner-sourced pipeline and contributing to revenue growth
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models
• Hands-on experience developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency in measuring marketing ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
