We are seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to develop and execute trade initiatives and account management strategies within the pharmacy channel to drive sales growth and increase market share. The role involves leading a team, monitoring sales performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimize trade marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Science
- MBA is preferable
- Proven experience in key account management, trade execution, and sales growth initiatives within the pharmacy channel
- Strong negotiation skills with experience setting and implementing strategic programs
- Leadership ability, positive thinking, and good team player
- Analytical skills to monitor sales performance and identify market opportunities
- Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with BCM, sales manager and other teams across the AP region
- Experience in promotional budget management, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
