Area/Territory Sales Lead

Role Overview

As an Area/Territory Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales, creating unmatched customer experiences, and nurturing client relationships. You will be the go-to person at the store level, key to the success of approximately 4 Walmart Wireless Locations. You will be responsible for optimizing your time across multiple locations to maximize profitability, mastering our sales process, and smashing sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include driving sales, time management, sales KPIs, team spirit, people-focused skills, and staying current with product knowledge.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience
• A proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours
