Sales Development Representative (Entry-Level)

Role Overview

We’re looking for an entry-level Sales Development Representative to join our sales team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role is designed for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales, business development, and technology solutions. No sales experience is required, and POA provides training, mentorship, and support to help you grow quickly.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Development Representative, you will start each day with team collaboration, planning, and sales training. You will generate new business through calls, emails, networking, and in-person outreach, build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers, and learn POA’s technology solutions and how they solve customer challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Background in athletics, student organizations, or other high-involvement activities is a plus
