GTM Systems & Data Manager

ParentSquare is a rapidly growing company changing the way schools and parents communicate. We are looking for a GTM Systems & Data Manager to architect the data backbone that powers our revenue engine and lead technical talent.

Requirements

• Architect scalable data structures and AI-ready processes in HubSpot, Claude, Attention, and other platforms
• Operationalize AI by building real-world routing, forecasting hygiene, and risk-detection models
• Establish a governance framework for ARR mechanics, attribution, market intelligence, and lifecycle stages
• Manage a Systems Architect and mentor the rest of the team in new technologies and best practices
