PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to achieving health equity. The PIVOT-TPT project aims to pilot and generate evidence for a digitally enabled, private provider–led model that expands access to Tuberculosis Preventive Treatment services for household contacts of persons with TB in the private sector. The project will be implemented in Mumbai and Odisha, India. The Private Sector Demand Analytics Manager will provide specialized technical leadership on demand generation for private-sector TPT, leading the rapid gap assessment of provider hesitancy and beneficiary risk perception in Mumbai, and advising on the integration of consistent adherence, safety, and TPT completion messaging across virtual tele-consultations, diagnostic touchpoints, and doorstep drug delivery interactions.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree or Doctorate in Public Health/Social and Behavioral Sciences/Health Communication/Marketing or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in health demand generation, behavioral change communication, or private sector health engagement, of which at least 5 years should be in TB or infectious disease programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in qualitative research methods including in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, thematic analysis, and rapid assessments.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required.
