Pawnee Mental Health seeks a Client Account Manager to ensure clients’ needs are met, deal with complaints, and manage operations of billing and admissions services. Responsibilities include evaluating collection reports, auditing delinquent accounts, and collaborating with clinical teams. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of medical billing and coding experience and significant knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience with medical billing and coding or related medical administrative experience
  • Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Significant knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language
