PayPal is looking for a Paid Media Marketing Manager to join their Berlin office and turn insights into impactful, full-funnel campaigns. The role will involve developing and implementing customer-focused, omnichannel campaigns to drive traffic, capture demand, and generate revenue. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, strong knowledge of paid media channels, and a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience running media campaigns in the German market
  • Strong knowledge of paid media channels across digital and offline
  • Proven ability to develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Experience managing and guiding agency partners
  • Track record of working cross-functionally with analytics, martech, and creative teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and navigate ambiguity effectively
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and key advertising platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different business segments
