Director, Digital Marketing

Will help lead and execute digital marketing efforts through integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable growth across digital channels.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
  • Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent degree
  • Extensive hands-on expertise across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong experience with paid social media, including campaign management and optimization
  • Demonstrated experience with social media management platforms, preferably Hootsuite
  • Strong understanding of social analytics tools (including Google, Meta and other platform analytics) to monitor user behavior, assess campaign efficacy and drive strategy
  • Proficiency working within the Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience working with Hootsuite and FeathR, or similar digital marketing platforms preferred
  • Proficiency creating and editing video for social media
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Proven ability to communicate with tact, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills
