People Business Partner Manager

Role Overview

The People Business Partner Manager provides strategic and operational support to the Sales organization and assigned business projects across the Dominican Republic and the rest of the Caribbean. The role partners with leaders to translate business priorities into people plans, strengthen organizational capability, support talent and workforce decisions, and ensure consistent execution of People processes and policies.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include partnering with Sales leadership, leading the execution of core People processes, diagnosing organizational and workforce needs, advising leaders and employees on company policies, and supporting workforce planning and staffing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Law, or a related field
• Relevant experience across multiple HR disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to advise leaders, diagnose organizational issues, and convert insights into actionable plans
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and overlapping priorities
• Working knowledge of employment practices across the supported Caribbean markets and company People policies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency appropriate for regional collaboration
• Analytical capability and comfort using workforce data to support decisions
