Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Category Management, Brand Management, or Commercial roles within Consumer Durables, FMCG, Consumer Technology, or E-commerce
- MBA from a premier B-School preferred
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- Understanding of ATL, BTL, Digital, and E-commerce marketing
- Familiarity with category management and portfolio planning
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Curiosity and agility
