Role Overview

As a Consumer Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the Philips Poland marketing team, driving business growth by managing communication & product strategy, and ensuring flawless executions of marketing activations.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include building and implementing the local marketing strategy, analyzing consumer research, developing and implementing 360 marketing campaigns, and leading New Product Introductions.

You will be a good fit if you have a university degree in Business/Marketing, at least 5-6 years of experience as a Marketing Manager/Brand Manager, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • university degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
  • min. 5-6 years of experience as Marketing Manager/Brand Manager or similar position
  • knowledge of marketing processes, strategic planning, and budgeting
  • digital marketing and go-to-market principles
  • analytical skills to collate and synthesize data
  • interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • can-do attitude and ability to meet deadlines
  • fluency in English and Polish
  • MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
