As Enterprise Sales Lead, Japan, you will own Pie Systems merchant acquisition and partnership growth strategy specifically targeting large enterprise companies in Japan. This role combines strategic thinking, relationship building, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements

  • Define Japan’s direct sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Build and manage enterprise-level sales pipeline and forecasting process
  • Provide market insights to shape pricing, product, and partnership strategy
  • Acquire and onboard new merchants, focusing on large retail and tourism groups
  • Negotiate and close long-term, high-value partnerships
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, CS, and Operations teams
  • Incorporate regulatory or industry changes into proposals and strategy
  • Ensure accurate contract management, reporting, and revenue tracking
  • Lead and mentor a small team as a player-coach
  • Set, monitor, and optimize KPIs and sales performance
