Role Overview

The Director of Business Development Strategy will play a key role in determining, developing, and executing strategic business development and marketing initiatives to drive client demand and revenue generation. This individual will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, Senior Director of Business Development Strategy, Global Business Leaders, and others to develop growth plans and revenue growth strategies for assigned business units and practice groups.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of business development professionals, developing growth plans and revenue growth strategies, monitoring industry trends and client needs, and contributing to the pursuit of new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant and progressive experience in professional services business development
  • Team supervisory experience is required
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills
