Role Overview
The Retail Partner Manager will serve as a liaison between Pomeroy and Retail OEM Partners, facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment of objectives. They will conduct market research, create forecasts, and coordinate joint marketing activities to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
What You Will Do
The Retail Partner Manager will be responsible for facilitating weekly cadence calls, conducting market research, creating forecasts, coordinating joint marketing activities, and planning sales campaigns.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of related partner sales or business development experience
- Demonstrated experience with retail partners such as Toshiba, HP, ELO, Zebra, Spectrio, retail software or similar technologies
- Strong communication skills
- Good business acumen
- Ability to effectively work across departments
- Proven record of accomplishment measured against plan/goal
- Ability to travel frequently (Air/Car)
