Lead revenue growth across SHYNE and Pomélo+Co, combining performance marketing, creator communities, and CRM to build one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer brands.
What You Will Do
Lead performance marketing, build and scale a creator community, develop community-led growth programs, optimize CRM and lifecycle marketing, and own reporting and key business metrics.
Why It Might Be a Fit
5+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing, including leadership responsibility, and a strong understanding of retention, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing
- Leadership responsibility
- Proven experience scaling a consumer brand
- Deep hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google, attribution, and measurement
- Strong understanding of retention, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing
- Experience building creator, ambassador, affiliate, or community-led growth programs
- Experience leading and developing cross-functional growth teams
- Commercially minded and highly analytical
- Professional level in English
- German is a big plus
