Account Executive | Corporate Risks

Supports the Commercial Practice Leader function by delivering effective market engagement and strong client outcomes across commercial insurance products, with a focus on corporate clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Property & Casualty Insurance Producer or Registered Representative License
• At least 5 years of related experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish (bilingual)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and Outlook
• Extensive knowledge of relevant market conditions for the specific class or portfolio to support effective placement and negotiation strategies
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
• Strong understanding of underwriting processes and procedures
• Strong knowledge of claims management processes and procedures
• Strong numeracy, literacy, interpersonal, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills to support client retention and program execution
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
• Capable of managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
