Role Overview
The Data Ops Analyst will support the operation and reliability of Primark’s modern data platform, collaborating with different teams to ensure data products are production-ready and aligned with engineering standards.
What You Will Do
Monitor and maintain critical data pipelines, coordinate releases and deployments, drive operational excellence through governance and documentation, and contribute to Primark’s data platform modernisation journey.

Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in Data Operations, Application Support, Platform Support, Data Engineering Support or a similar operational role
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms and DataOps practices
- Experience supporting production environments and service operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and continuous improvement focused
