Role Overview
As a Senior Growth Analyst at P&G, you will be a Business Leader, driving insights into actions that improve P&G’s business results. You will mine multiple sources of data, derive meaningful insights, and translate sophisticated results or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower the business to take action to win with consumers.
What You Will Do
Deliver analytic insights in several business domains, answer and anticipate critical business questions and opportunities, build analytic capabilities to grow your organization’s knowledge, and develop in-depth business, analytical, and systems knowledge to improve/build analytical solutions, approaches and business recommendations.

Requirements
- A Bachelor or Masters’ Degree
- 2-8+ years of related work experience
- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with analytics techniques to solve defined business problems
