The Senior Director of Marketing Operations is a strategic leader responsible for architecting, integrating, and optimizing the end-to-end marketing engine across all channels to drive measurable growth. This role oversees campaign orchestration, marketing systems, and operational processes to enable scalable, high-performing marketing programs across Professional Case Management and EmVenio.

The Senior Director will lead multiple teams, oversee campaign execution, analyze and improve marketing funnel performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience
• Leadership experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or integrated marketing strategy
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and ROI optimization
• Experience operating within a matrixed organization and partnering with senior marketing, analytics, and sales leadership
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing infrastructure, processes, and operating models
• Experience managing conference strategy, field engagement programs, and targeted client events for niche audiences
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing program-level budgets in alignment with centralized budget strategy
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams, vendors, and complex initiatives simultaneously
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing analytics/reporting tools
