The role also involves serving as the main point of contact for distributors and end users, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and assisting with logistics and customs processes.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in technical support, maintenance, or roles related to packaging machinery
- Solid understanding of packaging machine components and mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret and validate technical drawings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
