Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager for Maritime cranes and Construction Machinery to join our international family-owned company. The role involves acquiring new customers, developing strategic new business, and supporting existing customers. The team is dynamic and international, and the company offers a top work environment.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include preparing commercial offers, conducting contract negotiations, and identifying growth and partnership potentials. You will also cooperate with our head office for sales and marketing topics, product management, and technical support.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical and/or economic education
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position in an industrial company
  • Experience in the maritime industry
  • Management experience or demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong customer orientation and distinctive communication skills
  • Strong English skills in comprehension, writing, and speaking; native-level Swedish is an asset
