Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams. The Manager, Sales Development | Enterprise will lead a group of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives and be responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation against Ramp’s largest accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience building and leading sales development teams
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments
- Experience managing or selling into enterprise accounts
- Proficiency in data analytics tools
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers
