Role Overview
We’re seeking a Finance Operations Manager who is energized by the intersection of finance and operations—someone who sees financial management as a tool for driving business performance, not just recording it. You will partner closely with our operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to support decision-making through insightful analysis, reliable reporting, and forward-looking planning.
What You Will Do
Lead the monthly financial close process and deliver accurate, timely reporting that keeps leadership informed and empowered to act quickly. Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts that align with strategic goals and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial operations or management accounting
