Role Overview
The Field and Partner Learning team was established to provide Red Hat field associates and partners with the skills and knowledge to confidently meet the needs of our customers through prioritized and engaging learning experiences that support Red Hat’s strategic priorities.
What You Will Do
As an Enablement Manager, you help drive the future growth and performance of Red Hat field associates and partners by taking accountability for the full lifecycle of enablement programs that contribute to the success of the long-term business strategies and revenue goals of Red Hat and the Red Hat Partner Ecosystem.

Requirements
- Strong experience with proven instructional design methodologies
- Working knowledge of technology partners, channel and distribution selling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent influence, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing programs and projects
- Experience with learning management systems and/or revenue enablement platforms
