What You Will Do

Extract, organize, and consolidate information from Espaider and reports provided by law firms; Perform statistical and predictive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement; Automate data extraction and analysis processes with a focus on efficiency gain and scalability; Prepare reports and presentations for the Legal Management and Board.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related areas
• Advanced Excel, with mastery of dynamic tables, formulas, cross-tabulation, and consolidation of bases
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Power BI
• Experience in data extraction, treatment, analysis, and validation from different sources
• Experience with administrative controls, management reports, and monitoring of indicators
• Mastery of PowerPoint for the preparation of executive and management presentations
