Associate Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Associate Data Analyst will develop customer-facing reports and dashboards using Redica’s regulatory intelligence data. The role involves translating customer requests into clear reporting requirements, working with data covering inspections, observations, and enforcement actions, and presenting findings through dashboards and executive reports.

Key responsibilities include translating customer reporting requests into precise queries, building and customizing customer-facing reports, and interpreting and validating data outputs for accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, data operations, or a related role
• Hands-on experience building reports, workbooks, data elements, or visualizations in a cloud BI or analytics tool, such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write, review, and troubleshoot queries against structured data
• Experience using AI-assisted tools or natural language data interfaces to support data exploration, query development, or analysis
