Senior Data Scientist

Data scientists at Thoughtworks apply a deep knowledge of statistics, modeling, machine learning algorithms and data mining techniques to make business value and data insights visible, enabling clear and effective decision making. They work collaboratively with teams/products, craft data science and machine learning solutions that generate a big impact on customers, and contribute to the growth and knowledge sharing within the data science community.

Requirements

• Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, optimization and other data science techniques
• Understanding of specialized areas of AI (e.g. NLP/computer vision/Generative AI)
• Experience with R, Python or equivalent statistical/data analysis tools
• Ability to gather and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Skill in developing and implementing machine learning models, algorithms and predictive analytics
• Ability to effectively communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
