Role Overview

The AI Operations Analyst, Growth serves as the technical engine and operational backbone of our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you won’t just execute campaigns; you will build the automated infrastructure, AI agents, and data pipelines that scale our entire growth engine.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field, 1–2 years of experience in AI operations, marketing systems, data analytics, or technical marketing roles, hands-on, AI-native proficiency with LLM tools and APIs, demonstrated capability building logic, triggers, and actions in workflow automation platforms, practical coding or scripting ability in Python or JavaScript

Requirements
