Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive – Outdoor to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business growth through your strong sales skills and proactive mindset.

What You Will Do

Drive Revenue, Market Intelligence, Prospect Generation, Consultative Selling, Customer Experience, Sales Administration, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Agility.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in B2C/B2B sales, business development, or outdoor sales, with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales, business development, or outdoor sales
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly agile, resilient, and comfortable conducting hands-on on-site inspections at client premises
  • Comfortable utilising modern systems and mobile sales tools to track KPIs
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport for frequent client visits in outstations
