Group FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The Group FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of the company through high-quality financial planning, analysis, and strategic support. The role involves working closely with global stakeholders, including the Head of Group Finance, Group CFO, and leaders of RES’ business units.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include delivering monthly reporting to the Group Executive, performing thorough financial analysis, acting as a strategic finance partner to business units, and leading discrete strategic finance projects.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and their interdependencies
• Understanding of liquidity and working capital
• Knowledge of key business drivers in development, construction, and/or operations in the renewable energy industry
• Strong financial analysis skills, including interrogation of financial statements and financial models
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to translate financial data into meaningful insights for non-financial audiences
• Project management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
