GTM Operations Manager

Role Overview

RevenueCat is a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values such as Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. We’re looking for a GTM Operations Manager to build and improve the workflows that connect our go-to-market teams.

What You Will Do

The GTM Operations Manager will own selected GTM workflows end-to-end, translate business problems into practical solutions, build and test them, and stay responsible after launch. They will make lead and account handoffs dependable, put lifecycle programs into production, keep data connected and usable, build automation that holds up in everyday use, and make what they build understandable and useful.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience in GTM, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations, practical Salesforce experience, experience building in a marketing automation platform, and experience building something useful with AI. They should have strong troubleshooting and analytical judgment, ownership and follow-through, clear written communication, care for the details, learning agility and adaptability, and ideally have worked in a product-led or usage-based business with both self-service and Sales-assisted customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in GTM, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations
• Practical Salesforce experience
• Experience building in a marketing automation platform such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Iterable
• Experience building something useful with AI
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical judgment
