Global Sales Process & Systems Manager

Role Overview

As Global Sales Process & Systems Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Global Sales Enablement and cross-functional stakeholders to translate our sales strategy into scalable, efficient, and globally consistent ways of working. You will optimize sales processes, own our CRM ecosystem, support sales AI initiatives, and ensure our sales teams worldwide have the systems, insights, and guidance needed to perform at their best.

What You Will Do

You will maintain global sales standards, procedures, and related documentation, monitor process performance, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality, and facilitate continuous improvement of global sales processes.

Requirements

• Apprenticeship in freight forwarding or Bachelor degree in economics or Transport Logistics Management
• 3 to 5 years work experience in a sales-related role in international freight forwarding and/or an international B2B environment
• Experience in Sales Process, Sales Enablement, CRM Administration and/or Commercial Excellence
• Experience with CargoWise One CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset. Experience with Analysis for Office (AFO) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus
• Comfortable working across functions and influencing stakeholders
• Interest in sales technology, AI, and digital transformation
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Fluent English
• Autonomous, structured, and pro-active working style
