Role Overview
The Data Service Operations team is accountable for monitoring late inbound data, investigating issues, communicating with external Data Partners for remediation, and working with Performance Operations to apply ad hoc fixes to database data where required.
What You Will Do
Investigate late file delivery and processing delays, liaise with Data Partners and internal teams, coordinate with Operations teams, and work with Performance Operations to apply ad hoc fixes to database data.
