Lead Product Growth Designer

Role Overview

Roofr is seeking a Lead Product Growth Designer to lead design initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to craft user-centric designs that drive measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Lead the end-to-end design process for growth initiatives across web and mobile experiences. Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to optimize onboarding flows, activation loops, and cross-platform adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of demonstrable experience in growth-focused product design
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals while delivering high-quality designs efficiently
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in data-informed UX/UI design with measurable business impact
• Proficiency in cross-platform design (web and mobile) using tools like Figma and AI-enabled workflows
• Experience conducting user research (e.g., interviews or usability tests) and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders
• A hypothesis-driven mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity in a dynamic startup environment when data is simply not available
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
• AI-forwardness in your own productivity practices and in product thinking
