Routeware is seeking a People Ops Generalist to join their People Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR or People Ops experience and a solid foundation in core HR functions. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, maintaining HRIS data accuracy, and executing cyclical People Ops programs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR or People Ops experience, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Solid foundation in core HR functions: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Workday) and comfort working with people data and reporting tools
- Working knowledge of US employment law; exposure to Canadian and/or UK requirements is a plus
