Role Overview
The Data Analyst plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s reporting and analytics capabilities by developing and maintaining dashboards, improving data quality and consistency, and transforming complex data into clear, reliable insights.
What You Will Do
Build, refine, and maintain dashboards and reports, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, and develop repeatable ETL and data-preparation processes.

Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, BI development, reporting, or a related role
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using modern BI platforms
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with multiple data sources
- Experience with ETL, data preparation, and data integrations/pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying and resolving data discrepancies
- Ability to define and standardize KPIs and establish reliable sources of truth
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
