Manager, People Ops – Compliance and Global Mobility

Role Overview

The Manager, People Ops – Compliance and Global Mobility will ensure that Cybersecurity services are provided, implemented correctly, and billed in a timely and accurate manner. They will partner cross-functionally during the sales process, own the services portions of deals, and interact with sales reps and sales leadership during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.

What You Will Do

The Manager will serve as the senior point of contact for client escalations, oversee the financials of projects, and work with the Resource Management Office to mediate and prioritize cybersecurity staff resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• seven (7) years of experience in cybersecurity software development
• four (4) years of experience with Saviynt, Okta, Oracle 11g, Oracle 11g/12c databases
• experience with design, develop, implement, maintain cybersecurity, identity and access management system requirements
• experience with ODSEE, Microsoft Active Directory & AD Application Mode
• experience with Python, Postgres, J2EE, Jboss, WebLogic
• experience with Grafana, Kibana and Logstash
• experience with Eclipse, Toad, Solaris Agile Craft and Jama
• two (2) years of experience leading projects that followed Waterfall, Agile/Scrum methodology of software development
• experience with end to end IAM Assessment for the customer
