Role Overview

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. They will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and provide product recommendations and promotions.

The role involves building relationships, recommending products, informing customers of promotions, setting up displays, and completing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
